Why Hopesfall Doesn't Sell Records


One guess? It's because they are good. Plain and simple. Their new LP, Magnetic North, dropped last month on Trustkill Records and these dudes are on a mission to cop Cave In and to do it well. Imagine all the best things you like about bands like Failure, Cave In, Deftones, Glassjaw, etc. Now add 42% more emotion. It's sonically flawless.

Don't believe me? I didn't either. Going against my rule of giving something the second and third try, it just clicked. The artwork is also stellar and the colors and images match the music perfectly.

They don't tour often. In fact, their current run is their first since the 2005 Warped Tour. This is why the kiddies don't like them. They were too young in 2005. Damn shame.
